Chart topper, Karise Eden, visits top chopper, Ngata

TV’s ‘The Voice’ winner, Karise Eden, is making news wherever she goes these days. Last Sunday’s Telegraph ran a story in ‘Insider’ about her recent new ‘do’ as styled by our own Brad and Remington, which featured a daring undercut and blue Great Lengths hair extensions subtly peaking from underneath the style – a undeniably strong and impactful rock statement!

But the bigger news, of course, is how¬†Karise is taking the Australian music scene by storm…since winning The Voice and subsequently signing to Universal Music, Karise released her debut single ‘You Won’t Let Me’ – one of 4 songs she recorded that entered the Aria Singles Chart Top 5 duing the week of 25 June 2012. (To put this achievement in perspective: Karise is the first artist to achieve that feat since the Beatles held the top 6 positions in the chart in 1964!) Her debut studio album ‘My Journey’ (with songs she performed on The Voice, as well as newly-recorded covers) was released on 26 June and debuted at #1 in the Aria Albums Chart and was certified Double Platinum. Wow! The Brad Ngata team wish her every continued success…
